Navigate to the Pixel Sync section.
Click "Create Contact Sync".
From the list of available platforms, select "Mailchimp".
Choose which contacts to export by selecting one of the following filters:
All Contacts – Every contact collected.
Visitors – Users who visited your website but took no further action.
View Product – Users who viewed a product page.
Abandoned Cart – Users who added items to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase.
Converted Sales – Users who completed a purchase.
Choose an existing Mailchimp Audience (list) where contacts will be uploaded.
Or click "Create New Audience" to create a new list for your contacts.
Make sure your contact data matches Mailchimp’s required fields such as email address, first name, last name, etc.
The system will auto-map fields where possible. You can adjust mappings manually if needed.
Review your selections and click "Export" to sync your contacts to Mailchimp.
Contacts will be added or updated in the selected audience and ready for your email campaigns.
