Step-by-Step Export Process: Pixel Sync to HubSpot

Step 1: Select HubSpot as the Export Platform

  • Navigate to the Pixel Sync section.

  • Click "Create Contact Sync".

  • From the list of available platforms, select "HubSpot".

Step 2: Filter by Contact Type

Choose which contacts to export by selecting one of the following filters:

  • All Contacts – Every contact collected.

  • Visitors – Users who visited your website but took no further action.

  • View Product – Users who viewed a product page.

  • Abandoned Cart – Users who added items to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase.

  • Converted Sales – Users who completed a purchase.

Step 3: Select HubSpot List or Create New

  • Choose an existing Static List or Active List in your HubSpot account to sync the contacts to.

  • To create a new list, click "Create New List" and enter a name for your audience.

Step 4: Map Data Fields

  • Ensure that your contact data matches HubSpot’s required fields.

  • The system will auto-map standard fields like name, email, phone number, etc.

  • You can manually adjust the mapping if needed to match your HubSpot properties.

Step 5: Click "Export"

  • Review your selections and click "Export" to sync your contacts to HubSpot.

  • The selected contacts will be added to the chosen HubSpot list.
