Navigate to the Pixel Sync section.
Click "Create Contact Sync".
From the list of available platforms, select "Slack".
Choose which contacts to export by selecting one of the following filters:
All Contacts – Every contact collected.
Visitors – Users who visited your website but took no further action.
View Product – Users who viewed a product page.
Abandoned Cart – Users who added items to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase.
Converted Sales – Users who completed a purchase.
Choose the Slack channel where the contacts will be sent.
Both public and private channels are available, depending on your app’s permissions.
Click "Create New Channel" if you'd like to create a new one directly from the interface.
Make sure the contact data is mapped correctly.
The system will auto-map standard fields where possible.
You can customize the message format and choose which user data (e.g., name, email, action taken) will be included in the Slack message.
Review your selections and click "Export" to sync the contacts to the selected Slack channel.
Messages will appear in Slack as notifications with the relevant contact details.
