Navigate to the Pixel Sync section.
Click "Create Contact Sync".
From the list of available platforms, select "Klaviyo".
Choose which contacts to export by selecting one of the following filters:
All Contacts – Every contact collected.
Visitors – Users who visited your website but took no further action.
View Product – Users who viewed a product page.
Abandoned Cart – Users who added items to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase.
Converted Sales – Users who completed a purchase.
Choose an existing Klaviyo List where the contacts will be uploaded.
Or click "Create New List" to create a new audience in your Klaviyo account.
Make sure your contact data matches Klaviyo’s required fields such as email, first name, last name, phone number, etc.
The system will auto-map fields where possible. You can adjust mappings manually if needed.
Review your selections and click "Export" to sync your contacts to Klaviyo.
Contacts will be added to the chosen list, ready for your email and SMS marketing campaigns.
