Import a contact list enriched with interest or intent data, such as:
Product categories browsed
Declared preferences
Survey results
Helps build personalized segments and power Smart Audiences with intent-based logic.
File must be in .csv format with a valid header row.
At least one identifier is required: email, phone, or user_id.
Use UTF-8 encoding for best compatibility.
Avoid blank rows or duplicate entries.
The system attempts to match contacts against tracked users or known profiles.
If matched, anonymous visitors are resolved into named contacts.
