Integrate your Omnisend account to sync contact lists and automate your email and SMS marketing workflows.
Log in to your Omnisend account.
Go to Store Settings → API Keys.
Click Create API Key.
4. Give your key a name (e.g., “Allsource Integration”).
5. Set the necessary permissions (at minimum: contacts:read/write, lists:read/write).
6. Click Save and copy your API key.
Go to your Integrations page in our platform.
Select Omnisend and click Connect.
Paste your Omnisend API key into the field.
Click Save to complete the connection.
After saving, you’ll see a success message. Your Omnisend workspace name and ID will be displayed under the integration.
Invalid API key error
Double-check that the key was copied correctly and has all required permissions.
No lists available
If you don’t see any lists, ensure you’ve created at least one list in Omnisend. Then refresh the integration.
Data not syncing
Verify that contact sync is enabled in Audience Settings and that a valid list is selected.
Q: Can I sync to multiple Omnisend lists?
A: Yes. You can choose which list to sync contacts to within your Audience settings.
Q: What data do you sync to Omnisend?
A: We sync contacts with fields like email, name, phone number, and custom properties (if available).
Q: Will existing contacts be overwritten?
A: No. Contacts will be updated if they exist, otherwise new ones will be added.
Q: Can I disconnect later?
A: Yes. Go to Integrations → Omnisend → Disconnect at any time.
