To connect your Google Ads account to our platform, follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
In the left-hand menu, go to Integrations.
Select Google Ads from the list.
Click Connect Google Ads.
You’ll be redirected to Google to sign in with your Google account.
Choose the Google Ads account you wish to connect.
Grant the necessary permissions to allow access.
Note: We only request access to manage your Google Ads audiences and sync data. We do not modify campaigns or budgets.
Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to our platform. If the connection is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message and your Google Ads account ID will be displayed.
I don’t see my Google Ads account.
Make sure you’re logged into the correct Google account that has access to your Ads account.
Access denied or error during authentication.
Try clearing your browser cookies or using an incognito window, then reconnect.
Account connected but data not syncing.
Go to the Audiences tab and make sure syncing is enabled. If the problem persists, contact support.
Q: Can I connect multiple Google Ads accounts?
A: Currently, we support connecting one Google Ads account per user. Multi-account support is coming soon.
Q: Will you run ads on my behalf?
A: No. We only sync audiences and provide analytics for your campaigns. You retain full control over your advertising.
