Connect your Meta (Facebook) Business account to sync custom audiences and improve ad targeting across Facebook and Instagram.
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Integrations → Meta (Facebook).
Click Connect Meta Account.
You’ll be redirected to Facebook.
Log into the Facebook account that has admin access to your Business Manager.
Grant the requested permissions:
Access to your business
Manage audiences
Manage ads (optional, depending on your use case)
Select the Ad Account and Business Manager you want to use.
Click Continue to finalize the connection.
Note: We only request permission to create and manage Custom Audiences. We do not run ads or access your campaign budgets.
Once redirected back, you’ll see your selected Ad Account and Business ID in the interface. The connection status will show as Connected.
Missing Ad Account or Business Manager
Make sure your Facebook user has admin access to the Business Manager and Ad Account. Try reauthorizing if needed.
Permissions error
Ensure you granted all required permissions during the Facebook authorization step.
Audiences not syncing
Go to Audience Settings to make sure the right lists are linked to your Meta integration.
Q: Can I connect multiple Meta Ad Accounts?
A: Currently, one Meta Ad Account per workspace is supported. Multi-account support will be added soon.
Q: What data do you sync to Meta?
A: We sync hashed user data (like emails or phone numbers) to create or update Custom Audiences.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes. All audience data is hashed locally before being sent to Meta via secure API channels.
Q: Can I disconnect later?
A: Yes. Go to Integrations → Meta → Disconnect at any time.
