Integrate your account with Zapier to automate workflows by connecting our platform with thousands of other apps.

Step 1: Get Your API Key

  1. Log in to your account on our platform.

  2. Go to Settings → API Keys.

  3. Copy your API Key — you’ll need this to authenticate when setting up Zapier.

Step 2: Connect with Zapier

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.

  2. Create a new Zap and choose our platform as the trigger or action app.

  3. When prompted, enter the API Key you copied from your account.

  4. Authorize Zapier to access your data.

Step 3: Configure Your Zap

  • Choose the trigger event (e.g., new user added, audience updated).

  • Select the action in another app (e.g., add subscriber to Mailchimp).

  • Test your Zap to verify it works properly.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid API Key
    Make sure you copied the full API Key without extra spaces.

  • Zap not triggering
    Verify your Zap setup and that your platform account is active and connected.

  • Data mismatch
    Check your field mappings in Zapier.
