Connect your Salesforce account to sync contacts, leads, or custom objects directly with our platform.
Ensure you have a Salesforce account with admin access or proper API permissions.
Your account must support API access (available in Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, or Performance editions).
Log in to your account on our platform.
Go to Integrations → Salesforce.
Click Connect Salesforce.
You’ll be redirected to Salesforce to authorize the integration.
Log in to your Salesforce account and click Allow to grant access.
We request access to read and write Contacts, Leads, and Custom Fields. You remain in full control of your data.
Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to our platform. Your Salesforce account name and organization ID will appear in the integration panel.
After connecting, you can configure:
Objects to sync (Contacts, Leads, or Custom)
Fields mapping
Sync direction: One-way (our platform → Salesforce) or two-way
Go to Audience Settings → Sync Targets → Salesforce to adjust these options.
Insufficient permissions
Make sure your Salesforce user has access to the objects you want to sync.
Authentication error
Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Ensure you're logging in with the correct user and approving the integration.
Data not syncing
Check your field mapping and sync settings. Contact support if the problem persists.
Q: What data do you sync to Salesforce?
A: We sync fields like email, name, phone, custom tags, and any fields you map during setup.
Q: Is this a one-way or two-way sync?
A: By default, we sync data from our platform to Salesforce, but two-way sync is available if configured.
Q: Will you create duplicates?
A: No. We match existing contacts/leads by email. You can choose how to handle duplicates in sync settings.
Q: Can I disconnect later?
A: Yes. Go to Integrations → Salesforce → Disconnect
