Connect to SalesForce

Connect to Salesforce

Connect your Salesforce account to sync contacts, leads, or custom objects directly with our platform.

Step 1: Prepare Your Salesforce Account

  1. Ensure you have a Salesforce account with admin access or proper API permissions.

  2. Your account must support API access (available in Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, or Performance editions).

Step 2: Connect Salesforce in the Platform

  1. Log in to your account on our platform.

  2. Go to IntegrationsSalesforce.

  3. Click Connect Salesforce.

  4. You’ll be redirected to Salesforce to authorize the integration.

  5. Log in to your Salesforce account and click Allow to grant access.

We request access to read and write Contacts, Leads, and Custom Fields. You remain in full control of your data.

Step 3: Confirm the Connection

Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to our platform. Your Salesforce account name and organization ID will appear in the integration panel.

Sync Options

After connecting, you can configure:

  • Objects to sync (Contacts, Leads, or Custom)

  • Fields mapping

  • Sync direction: One-way (our platform → Salesforce) or two-way

Go to Audience Settings → Sync Targets → Salesforce to adjust these options.

Troubleshooting

  • Insufficient permissions
Make sure your Salesforce user has access to the objects you want to sync.

  • Authentication error
Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Ensure you're logging in with the correct user and approving the integration.

  • Data not syncing
Check your field mapping and sync settings. Contact support if the problem persists.
