How to integrate Bigcommerce

BigCommerce Integration Guide

Follow these steps to install and verify your tracking pixel in BigCommerce.

Step 1: Enter Your BigCommerce Store Hash

  1. Go to your BigCommerce Admin Panel.

  2. Locate and copy your Store Hash — this is the unique identifier found in your BigCommerce URL.

Example:
If your admin URL is https://store-abcde.mybigcommerce.com, then your Store Hash is abcde.


  • Copy the hash

Step 2: Install the Script Automatically

  1. Paste your Store Hash into the installation field.

  2. Click Install to automatically deploy the tracking pixel.

  3. Wait for a confirmation message indicating successful installation.






Step 3: Verify Installation

  1. Click Verify.

  2. Our system will check for:

    • Presence of the pixel script in BigCommerce Script Manager.

    • Active data collection on your storefront.


❌ Installation Failed?

Try the following:

  • Reinstall the script.

  • Manually check the Script Manager in your BigCommerce Admin Panel.


🔧 Troubleshooting Tips

  • “Invalid Store Hash”
    Make sure you're only entering the alphanumeric hash — do not include /stores/ or full URLs.

  • “Permission Denied”
    Check that your API account has the "Modify Scripts" permission enabled.

  • No data collected?
    Try completing a live transaction — BigCommerce may cache recent changes, delaying activation.
